- Due to the extreme volatility of the Chinese market, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Our products and materials are sold only with the affirmation by the purchaser that, in reselling or using these fireworks, they will obey all federal, state, county, city, and municipal laws.  Â
- All merchandise on this list is sold upon the condition that Great Lakes Fireworks LLC, the seller and its employees, shall be held harmless for any civil or criminal action for any arrest, accident, or injury occasioned during the transportation, handling, storage, sale, or use of this merchandise.
- All prices are F.O.B. West Branch, Michigan, and are subject to change without notice.
- All sales are warehouse C.O.D.
- All shipped orders prepaid.
- All orders require a 50% deposit; balance due before shipment leaves warehouse.
- 10% Broken case charge. (*Signifies the products this applies to.)
- Any account and/or invoice not paid in full on the invoice date will accrue a $25.00 late charge and a 1.5% late fee on balances not paid within 30 days.Â
- We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Checks. *Customer is responsible for processing fees associated with Credit Card Transactions.
- Orders are NOT 100% confirmed until you receive a Final Payment Invoice and Sales Order Invoice. Even then, we do our best to ensure product availability and some pre order items may not come into stock when expected. Please purchase pre order items at your own risk.Â
