Terms & Conditions

  1. Due to the extreme volatility of the Chinese market, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Our products and materials are sold only with the affirmation by the purchaser that, in reselling or using these fireworks, they will obey all federal, state, county, city, and municipal laws.   
  3. All merchandise on this list is sold upon the condition that Great Lakes Fireworks LLC, the seller and its employees, shall be held harmless for any civil or criminal action for any arrest, accident, or injury occasioned during the transportation, handling, storage, sale, or use of this merchandise.
  4. All prices are F.O.B. West Branch, Michigan, and are subject to change without notice.
  5. All sales are warehouse C.O.D.
  6. All shipped orders prepaid.
  7. All orders 50% deposit; balance due before shipment  leaves warehouse.
  8. 10% Broken case charge.
  9. Any account and/or invoice not paid in full on the invoice date will accrue a $25.00 late charge and a 7% per annum late fee on balances not paid.
  10. We accept VISA and Mastercard as a form of payment.
